Rival Technologies Inc. (US symbol RVTI) announces the appointment of new accountants and auditors, who are working with the company to bring all financial information up to date in preparation for the company’s US regulatory filings.
Rival is also proceeding with intellectual property work aimed at additional patent filings to be completed in Q2 2013. These patents will allow the company to better present TRU technology to producing oil companies with the intention of signing further license agreements.
Rival owns a majority interest in TRU technology, a ground breaking process for upgrading bitumen and heavy oil to synthetic crude oil.
