IRW-Press: Global Hunter Concludes Private Placement

Global Hunter Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: BOB.V) announces that it has closed off subscriptions for its non-brokered private placement announced on May 14, 2012. As announced on July 3, 2012, the Company issued 20,900,000 units (each a “Unit”) to raise gross proceeds of $1,045,000. Each Unit was comprised of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. One whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one further common share for of $0.10 until June 8, 2013.
All shares issued pursuant to the offering, and any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants, will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring at midnight on October 8, 2012.
The proceeds from the offering will be used to finance exploration activities on the Company's Corona de Cobre copper project in Chile and for general corporate expenses.
